Certificate programmes are well structured, academically intensive management programs targeting senior executives who want to invest deeply in their future growth. These programs are long duration in nature – typically 1 or 2 years in length. However they are not full time but multi-modular in structure. Since they use multiple teaching methodologies such as case studies, lectures, role-plays, simulations and action learning projects they are highly immersive and hands-on learning programmes. This means that not only will you be learning during the classroom sessions, but you will also spend a considerable amount of time before and after class learning and reflecting.

Research has shown that individual coaching in the form of leadership coaching and executive coaching has a large impact on senior executives’ growth. Most of our Certificate Programs incorporate forms of coaching, behavioral assessments and feedback into their pedagogy.
