Cambridge Senior Management Programme is a unique 8-month global learning journey that helps senior functional or technical managers transition to a general management role, or support those starting new entrepreneurial ventures. The program grants Cambridge JBS Alumni benefits to participants.

Who should attend the Cambridge Senior Management Programme?

Cambridge Senior Management Programme is aimed at leadership development for senior functional, technical or business managers globally with at least 10 years of work experience. Participants come from diverse backgrounds and have an average of 18 years’ experience.

How is the program structured?

Cambridge Senior Management Programme is an 8-month blended learning journey with 3 one-week immersion modules (two on Cambridge Judge Business School’s campus and one in Singapore) and two virtual sessions in-between. The programme covers themes of transformation, strategy, digital innovation, organizational transformation and business analytics. Executive coaching is also offered as a part of the programme.

What are the learning outcomes of this program?

Cambridge SMP will enhance your strategic and leadership skills to be a transformational business leader preparing you to take the next step in your career. Upon completion of the programme, participants also become an Associate Alumni member of Cambridge Judge Business School's global network of 9,600 alumni in over 100 countries.
