Wharton’s Advanced Management Program — India

Senior executives choose Wharton’s Advanced Management Program — India (AMP)  to amplify their business acumen and hone their leadership capabilities. Over six–months, a select cohort of about 55 executives are immersed in a rigorous, experiential, transformative program that becomes a defining moment in their personal and professional lives.     Michael Useem is the William and Jacalyn Egan Professor of Management and Director of the Center for Leadership and Change Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His university teaching includes MBA and executive-MBA courses on management and leadership, and he offers programs on leadership and governance for managers.
