ILPSE is thoroughly intense and exhilarating. While you continue in your career, you periodically participate in intense learning in a stimulating environment and blend your new knowledge with work back at the office.
ILPSEs academic component is structured around three types of modules: general management and leadership-oriented modules leading to integrated learning of leadership related skills and behaviours; functional modules; and advanced functional modules. In addition, participants will complete optional online coursework covering basic financial concepts.
Unlearn. Learn. Challenge. Be Challenged.
Tap into your creativity and all that you have learnt in the programme to develop an original business idea and create an action plan to bring it to fruition.
A dynamic group exercise where you will put a hypothetical business model to the test, react to forces of disruption, and collaborate with your peers to create a strategic blueprint to see it "Rise from the Ashes."
A unique opportunity to expand your horizons by conducting a one-on-one conversation with a highly successful global executive, someone you admire. Past participants have interviewed business luminaries Michael Dell, Azim Premji and Narayana Murthy, among others.
“The cohort is amazing! It's a great mix of people from different industries, backgrounds and levels. So you learn not just from the faculty, but also from the cohort—which is a larger learning opportunity, because you get to understand what’s happening in their individual industries, and how they handle issues and solve problems. Overall, it’s a win-win.”
Founder and Director, Your CMO India
“The faculty members leave a lasting impression on you. It’s not simply about what they teach, it’s also about how they communicate that to you, and how you end up applying that knowledge.”
Global Head-Analytics CoE, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories
“For me, personally, the programme has helped me understand my key strengths, which sometimes are not that obvious to me. I can now take this wisdom with me, and continue learning as I grow.”
Head of Marketing, Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd.
“ILPSE lets you complete a module, and then gives you the advantage of taking that knowledge to the workplace, and immediately practicing what you’ve learned. This lets you test it and adapt it accordingly.”
Senior Client Partner, Global Financial Markets, Korn Ferry
“If you are looking at taking your career to the next level, whether it’s a lateral or a vertical move, or if you’re thinking about starting your own business, I would strongly recommend that you consider ILPSE, because it provides you with a holistic idea about what you need so as to achieve your goals.”
