Chaitanya KalipatnapuCo-founder and Director
Chaitanya has over 12 years of experience in Executive Education, and spearheads Eruditus’s executive education programmes. He has worked at Sun Microsystems and later at INSEAD in their open enrolment programmes in France and Singapore. Since 2008, he has been working on executive education initiatives in India. He graduated in Information Systems from B.I.T.S, Pilani and holds an MBA degree from INSEAD. Chaitanya attempts to learn from his two toddlers and enjoys Squash.
Ashwin DameraCo-founder and Director
Ashwin, with his considerable experience in the e-world, is a key force in the overall strategic direction of Eruditus. Having worked with Citibank in India and a brief internship for Dave Barger (current CEO JetBlue Airways), he left the corporate setting and went on to become the founder and CEO of Travelguru.com, one of the most popular Indian travel websites. He is an MBA from Harvard Business School and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant. When he has some free time, he enjoys interacting with entrepreneurs and working on new ventures.
Shaun DubashDirector, Marketing and E-learning
With over 17 years of experience, Shaun heads Global Marketing for Eruditus. He is also tasked with building Eruditus’s E-learning strategy. His previous stints include COO at Angara Inc, an e-retailer of precious jewelry based in Los Angeles, and General Manager at Travelguru.com (A Travelocity Company), a leading Indian travel portal. He enjoys brushing up on his knowledge base and has recently completed MIT Sloan’s Executive Program in General Management. When not working, he can be found playing tennis or running long distance tracks.
